Navigating O3Go is done using the options on the left-hand side of the screen.

This is a display of your readings and observations as well as all the readings and observations taken within the project(s) assigned to you.

What displays here is determined by the selections made at the top of the screen. Use the Project drop down to select from the projects that have been assigned to you or view all projects that have been assigned to you.

Use the duration drop down to choose between viewing today, the past 7 days, or the past 30 days.

The top of the screen displays your readings and observations, as well as the total number of readings and observations today, based on your selections.

Swipe down to see a bar chart showing all readings taken by either Project, Company, Discipline, Area or Unit.

You can switch between these options by changing your selection.

The bottom of the screen displays your most recent readings. Select a reading to open its details.

The Readings section allows you to view your readings, as well as the readings from other users in your Project(s).

Use the Project drop down to select from the projects that have been assigned to you or view all projects that have been assigned to you.

Use the duration drop down to choose between viewing today, the past 7 days, or the past 30 days.

Use the Filter icon to choose to see only your readings, or the readings of all users in the Project. You can also filter by Company.

To filter to an even more specific level you must first select a specific project, if this is done you then may also filter by Discipline, Unit, and Area.

To view detailed information about a reading or make changes to a reading, select the reading.

Note that only readings that you have created personally can be edited or deleted. If you need to make changes 24 hours after the reading was created, you will need to contact your system administrator.

The New Reading section allows you to add new readings to O3Go.
