Safety Observation

The Safety Observation section allows you to view your readings, as well as the readings from other users in your Project(s).

Use the Project drop down to select from the projects that have been assigned to you or view all projects that have been assigned to you.

Use the duration drop down to choose between viewing today, the past 7 days, or the past 30 days.

Use the Filter icon to choose to see only your observations or the observations of all users in the Project.

The New Safety Observation section allows you to add new observations to O3Go.

To add a new safety observation, select New Safety Observation. You will be taken to the new observation screen where you will be prompted with a popup to select the appropriate Project for the observation. Select the Project.

Enter the details about the observation.

Use the ellipsis icon next to the field to make your selections. If any information is missing from the drop downs, please notify your system admin to have the information added.

Use the Description & Mitigation Notes to add details to the observation.

Add the number of Owner employees, Direct Report Contractors, and Contractors by using the Plus and Minus buttons.

Mark each activity under the various safety categories as Safe, At Risk, or N/A

Note, by default each item defaults to N/A. If you don't see a safety category or activity, please contact to your project administrator.

Once you have completed your observation, select Save & New, which will prompt a popup for a new observation.

OR

Save & Close, which will save your work and take you back to the Safety Observations screen.
