Watchers allow you to stay up-to-date on specific work package data in your project. If you're listed as a Watcher, then it means you'll receive an email notification each time that item is updated in O3.

You can opt in for automatic email updates via Notification Settings.

Click on the (1) notification bell icon > (2) Notification Settings.

Then click on the Watchers tab.

Since Constraints is enabled above, I will receive automatic updates on constraints that I create or edit.

You can opt out of automatic notifications and manually add yourself as a Watcher as well.

While we use IWPs in this example, the process is similar for manually adding Watchers is similar for all data in O3.

Look for the eye icon in the top-right corner of your form.

Click on Start Watching to add yourself as a Watcher.

To remove yourself as a Watcher, click on Stop Watching.
