Video 1: Navigation

1. In what tab does your self-paced training live?

You will access your self-paced training in the Projects tab.

Remember: Training tab is where you register for live courses and track your required training.

2. How do you switch projects?

You can switch projects by clicking on the project selector at the top of the screen.

Note: since you're in training, you might only have access to the training project.

Be sure not to confuse this with the dashboard selector below!

3. How do you expand and collapse the navigation menu?

You can find the navigation menu on the left side of your screen.

You can expand and collapse it by clicking on the hamburger icon, or the three bars, at the top.

4. Besides the navigation menu, what's another way to access the IWPs grid?

You can also access the IWPs grid by using the global search bar in the top-right corner.

Try typing in "IWPs" and click on the first result.


Video 2: Getting Support

1. What are two ways you can access O3's support article library?

The first way to access our support article library is by clicking on the ? icon.

You can also check out our articles by clicking on our in-app chat icon and then the search bar.

2. Where can you go to stay up-to-date on everything in O3?

O3's development team releases a new build every two weeks, meaning O3 is constantly being improved!

To track these improvements, go to the Release Notes section of our support article library.

3. Use our in-app chat to send a message to our support team.

You can find our in-app chat in the bottom-right corner of O3.

Click on the icon, and then Send us a message.

Then tell us a bit about yourself!

4. In the event you need support and can't access O3, what do you do?

You can also reach out to O3's support team via [email protected].

This email connects to our support inbox, so your request enters the queue the moment you click send!


Video 3: Notification Settings

1. Where do you access your notifications settings?

You can access your notification settings by clicking on the person icon > Notification Settings.

2. Daily updates on assigned actions are too much. Instead, you'd rather get weekly updates on everything that's assigned to you. How can you accomplish this?

In the Notification Settings menu, click on the Notifications tab.

Under Subscriptions, you might see the Daily Task Email and Weekly Task Email subscriptions.

Click on the switch next to Daily Task Email so it shows Off. Make sure the one for Weekly Task Email shows On.

3. How do you add a new subscription?

To add a new subscription, click on the + in the top-right corner.

Then choose a subscription.

4. What is a Watcher?

Watchers let you know of any changes that were made to an item in O3 via email notifications. To get these updates, you need to be watching that item.

There are a couple ways to watch an item. You can learn about them here, and in the next answer!

5. What can you do to make sure you're automatically added as a Watcher to every IWP you create or update?

In Notification Settings > Watchers, find IWPs in the list and make sure its switch reads On.


Video 4: Grid Layouts & Exporting Data

1. How do you add and remove column headers from the grid?

Click on the Column Chooser icon in the top-right corner.

After finding your field, drag it into the grid.

To remove a field from the grid, drag it into the Column Chooser box.

2. How do you group your grid by a column?

To group a grid by a column, drag that field above the grid.

3. What are the different ways you can filter your grid?

You can do simple filtering by clicking on the filter icon next to a column header.

For more advanced filtering, click on the magnifying glass.

4. Export the grid's data to Excel.

To export your grid's data, click on the Export to Excel button in the grid action bar.

5. Create and save a layout.

To create a new layout, edit your grid and then click on the Layouts icon > Save As.

When editing an existing layout, you can click Save Layout above the grid or Save in the Layouts menu.

6. Share this layout with a team member.

To share a layout, go back to the Layouts menu and make sure you have a layout selected.

Then click on Share Layout.

7. Where can you access saved and shared layouts?

These can be accessed in the Layouts menu > Browse All Layouts.

Your layouts will appear under My Layouts, while those shared with you will appear under Shared with Me.

8. Schedule an export.

Make sure you have a layout chosen in the Layouts menu and click on Schedule Export.

Note: you can only have one scheduled export per layout. If you already have one configured, you'll have to delete it or save a new layout.

After clicking on Configure Scheduled Export, do the following:

  • Set the E-Mail Subject.

  • Set the Recurrence.

    • Exports can be daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • Add any additional recipients.

When you're done setting up the above, click Save.

9. Where can you go to edit the Scheduled Export?

There are a couple ways to do this. First, you can do this from the Layouts menu by clicking on Schedule Export.

Note: you will need to have the layout that you used to schedule the export selected.

You can also adjust it by going clicking on the person icon > Notification Settings > Scheduled Exports.
