Video 1: Introduction to Dashboards

1. Locate Browse All Dashboards.

Click on the dashboard selector near the top > Browse All Dashboards.

Make sure you're not clicking on the project selector just above it.

2. What dashboards have been shared with you?

In Browse All Dashboards click on Shared with Me.

From here, you can see the dashboards that have been shared with you.

3. Look for the self-paced training dashboard collection.

In Browse All Dashboards look for the Self-Paced Training collection near the bottom.

Note that your self-paced training collection might look different from mine. Also, you might have some other dashboard collections at the bottom.

Video 2: Modifying Dashboards

1. Clone a dashboard and rename it.

Click on the three dots in the top-right > Clone Dashboard.

Then click on the cogwheel above the dashboards and edit its Title.

2. Add an IWP Query Tile to your dashboard.

Click on the + sign in the top-right corner > Add Widget(s).

In the Add Widgets menu choose the Installation tab and type Query in the search bar.

Then add it to your dashboard and find it.

3. Apply a filter to a dashboard widget.

In this example, we're going to show IWPs with a specific Discipline.

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the widget > Settings. Then expand the Filters section.

Click on the + sign > Add Filter Rule.

For the first blank, choose Discipline. For the second, choose Equals. For the final blank, choose any of the available Disciplines.

4. Remove a widget you don't want.

This is a tricky one, since we didn't cover it in the video.

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the widget > Delete.

Video 3: Creating & Sharing Dashboards

1. Create a dashboard using the IWP Constraint Review dashboard template.

Click on the + sign > New Dashboard.

In the Create from Template field choose IWP Constraint Review.

Your dashboard should look like the one below.

2. Share a dashboard with a team member.

Click on the three dots in the top-right corner > Share Dashboard.

In this case, choose User in the first blank, then find them in the grid.
