We're continuing to make improvements to O3's Inbox and notification settings.

O3 now includes a dedicated view for your Inbox.

Here you can search notifications by keyword, filter by Notification Type, and see your notifications list.

You can access this view by clicking on Inbox in the left-side navigation menu or the Full Inbox icon from the Inbox panel.

Your notifications are now split by Direct (e.g., a constraint being assigned to you) and Watching (e.g., an IWP you're watching was updated).

We understand email notifications get can get buried pretty quickly. All subscriptions will now default to In-App (when supported) instead of Email.

You can change this by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the Inbox pane.

Then enabling Email for each desired subscription type.

We've also made a couple improvements to webhooks in O3.

O3 now supports webhooks for Test Work Packages (TWPs).

If you're interested in getting one set up, please contact your dedicated Project Manager or Success Manager, or reach out to O3's support team.

Successful webhook responses will cause a toast notification to appear in the top-right corner of your screen, letting you know the result.
