Notifications, New & Improved

We've heard your feedback loud and clear - notifications are currently the biggest headache with our users.

We're excited to give you a very early look at O3's notification center!

You'll have the option to subscribe to in-app notifications for actions, and see those updates here.

This is just the beginning! Be on the lookout for more updates.

More Subscriptions!

You can now sign up the Document Revision Notification Email subscription.

This will notify you when revisions are made to Documents in O3.

Owners & Assignees Only

With Team Boards, you can now limit who is able to update tasks on a Team Board.

When Restrict Updates to Owners And Task Assignees is enabled, only the following users can update tasks on the Team Board:

  • Task or Parent Task assignees (applies to Assigned to User, Assigned to Role, or Assigned to User Group)

User that have the necessary permissions to view the task can still comment on it.

When viewing the Mode Group, all the models listed at the bottom will be visible.

When setting up your Model Group, be sure to adjust the offsets if you origin isn't the same across all models.

Another Graphical Shortcut

Then right-click a CWP in the Model Browser and choose Create IWP with Selected Components.
