We've extended the unlock functionality of the Documents grid, letting users update each Document's Document Number and Unit straight from the grid.

When editing an existing layout you own, you can flag it as Locked.

This prevents you and other users from accidentally overwriting or deleting the layout.

This is especially useful for layouts used in Scheduled Exports, where formatting and filtering needs to stay consistent.

You can also flag layouts as Project Default, meaning this layout will be used when the user loads a grid.

We've added a tool tip for the % Planned metric for CWPs.

You can now add the Status History and Model Shot fields anywhere in an IWP's Details form.

You can now pull existing tasks from the Component Backlog onto an IWP graphically.

Make sure you're in the Packages tab on the right, select a package, then click on the + next to Tasks.

You can also do this from the IWP Details form by going to the Materials tab > Components.

You can add tasks from you Component Backlog by clicking on the + > Add Components and Select Tasks.

Or by multi-selecting components > clicking on the action menu icon > Select Component Tasks from Backlog.

We've updated the way % Developed is calculated.

A Development Step's Estimated Hours will now be used to weight each Development Step.

E.g., if all your Development Steps' Estimated Hours add up to 100 hours, and you've completed one Development Step that had 10 hours, your % Developed will be 10%.

If you leave your Development Steps' Estimated Hours blank, it will default to the previous calculation.

O3 now lets admins duplicate project settings across existing projects!

In Project Settings, click on Copy Settings to Projects.

Then choose what settings you want to copy, and what projects you want to make the changes to.

This allows you to update settings for multiple projects from a single place, as opposed to making individual updates in each project.

Don't need the Execution Planning tab?

Now you can hide it! Under an IWP's Entity Settings, make sure Show Execution Tasks Planning Tab is disabled.

O3 now supports a Planned vs. Actual chart for CWPs.

Users can now only see Components they have access to in the Construction Components view in the model.

With the Take Model Shots button, you can now capture multiple model shots at once.

Clicking on it will capture front, left, top, and isometric views of your model.

You can view these Model Shots in the Attachments tab of the IWP.

You can now mark up Overview Model Shots with a PDF file type.

Just click on the pencil icon, then choose your desired annotation tool.
