Make Sure You're Running the Latest Version of O3!

If you don't see version number 23.11, please clear your browser's cache and refresh O3.

Instead of having a separate grid for your Component Task Backlog, we've added a toggle to your Component Filter Rules.

When a component is added to an IWP that matches the filter criteria, and the Create Component Task Backlog Item flag is enabled, you'll have the option to add the Execution Task to your Component Task Backlog.

The Development > Development Steps grid for XWPs can now be bulk edited.

O3's model browser now includes the IWP Sequencing Data Source.

This Data Source is similar to Workface Planning with the exception of only seeing packaged components.

You can add IWPs to your sequence by selecting their components in the model viewer.

IWPs can be re-ordered by dragging-and-dropping in the list.

At the top, you can choose a Start Date for your first IWP in the sequence order. By default, O3 will use the earliest Planned Start Date of all your IWPs.

Users do have the option of providing a manual Start Date instead.

Once you click Schedule, O3 will begin calculating the Planned Finish Date and Planned Start Date of subsequent packages based on the Start Date provided, the IWP's Crew Size, and its Estimated Hours.

If an IWP is lacking the information needed for scheduling, O3 will fall back on the Default Duration provided above.

While this feature is not immediately available to our production environments, we'll continue to keep you update with future releases!

You can now see the constraints of the IWP's parent Entity's from in the IWP's Constraints tab > Constraints list.

E.g., you can click CWP to see all the constraints of its parent CWP. The number next to the work package type indicates how many of its constraints are in the list.

If you jus want to see the IWP's constraints, make sure only the This IWP tab is toggled.

Users can now annotate image files (.JPEG, .PNG) for model shots, including those taken directly in O3.
