So Many Action Types
You can track multiple types of actions in O3, including the following:
Approvals - sign-offs needed before a project can progress
Constraints - factors that affect the completion of your project
Deliverables - a result produced by your project
Scaffold Requests - typically made by a Workface Planner; a request made in advance for a scaffold
Execution Tasks - can be broken down into individual steps; track the execution of an Installation Work Package
One Convenient View
Depending on your role, you might be responsible for multiple types of actions. Luckily, O3 allows you to track all of these in one place.
Accessing the My Actions Grid
Click on Actions > My Actions.
Managing Your Actions
With My Actions, you can see everything you're responsible for in one view.
Double-click on an action to open its details form.
Be sure to click Save after making any adjustments!
Managing the Grid
The My Actions grid behaves just like any other grid in O3!
Want to see a specific action type? Click on the filter icon next to the Entity Type header.
Or you could drag the field above the grid to group it by that column.
