What are Execution Tasks?

Execution Tasks represent your installation activities in the field. In order to complete your work package, you need to make sure all your Execution Tasks are complete.

Managing Execution Tasks

Click into an Installation Work Package (IWP) and go to the Execution tab.

You can manage an Execution Task by double-clicking on it.

Each Execution Task comes with its own steps. You can earn progress by completing each step.

Some Execution Tasks let you claim partial progress. Instead of toggling the box you will enter the percentage completed.

You can also claim progress via the Execution Tasks Progress tab.

Note that this view does not support partial progressing.

Tracking Progress

Whenever you complete an Execution Task Step, your Earned Hours and % Complete for that task are updated accordingly.

The Earned Hours and Estimated Hours roll up to the work package level.

And each scope package's progress rolls up to the parent package. E.g., each IWP's progress rolls up to the parent CWP. Each CWP's progress rolls up to the parent CWA.
