Need a central place to track all of the actions tied to a work package?

Use Team Boards!

Note that while you can add multiple different entity types to Team Boards, this article uses IWPs as an example.

In the left-side menu, go to Teams > Boards and find your Team Board.

Click on the + sign in the top-right corner and choose Add Entities and enter the entity type.

In the popup grid, select the entities you'd like to add to the board and click Choose Items.

All of the actions assigned to that entity have been added to your Team Board.

You can also track individual actions using Team Boards. While O3 supports this for multiple different action types, we will use constraints as an example.

In the left-side menu go to Work Packaging > Installation (IWPs) and click on any IWP in the grid.

Once in the IWP, go to the Constraints tab.

Click into any existing constraint or create a new one by clicking on the + sign above the list.

Click into the Team Boards field on the Constraint Details form and add your board. Remember to click Save.

If you can't find the field, your project admin may need to make it available on the form.

Go back to your Team Board and find the action you just added.
