Make sure you're running the latest version of O3!

If you don't see version number 22.24, please clear your browser's cache and refresh O3.

A Swift Removal

You can now delete project users via import.

When setting up your import file, make sure you include the Project and Delete headers. Enter TRUE for the Delete field to delete them upon import.

Then go to (1) Project Settings > (2) Users and (3) click on the Import icon above the grid.

My Annotations

Users can now delete Drawing annotations they've created.

To do this, go to the Model tab for a Drawing.

Then click on Annotations.

When trying to delete an annotation that isn't yours, you'll receive the following message.

Annotation Groups

In a Drawing's Model view, annotations are now grouped by Annotation Type.

No More Annotations

Annotations can be toggled off by clicking on the Model button.

Open Annotations

You can now see how many open annotations a Drawing has with the Open Annotation Count field.

This can be seen from the Drawings grid or a CWP's/IWP's Drawings grid under the Documents tab.

Note that this count includes both restricted and unrestricted annotations. Therefore, the count may not reflect the number of annotations you can see.

A Value Add

Estimated Hours and Earned Hours are now value options for IWP Development Step widgets.

Show Development

IWP Progress Curve Charts now include a Show Development flag.

This lets you see a development bar showing % Developed times the Estimated Hours for each IWP to visualize its readiness.

At All Costs

O3 now supports the following fields for IWPs:

  • Actual Cost

  • Forecast Cost

  • Estimated Cost

All Actions

Users can view all actions for IWPs, TOPs, TWPs, & Systems from their respective grids.

To do this, go to the work package type's grid and click on the grid chooser at the top and choose Actions.

You can group by work package number and Action Type to conveniently see all the actions under each work package.

Predecessor Constraints

Entities now include the Predecessor Constraints grid. This can be found under the Associations tab, beneath the Predecessor/Successor grid.

This shows all constraints that are blocking the Entity you're currently viewing, as well as which Predecessor they fall under.
