Filtering Widget Data

O3 provides highly configurable widgets which allow each user to optimize their own dashboards. Widget Filters are used to control the data displayed in the widget.

To filter a widget, select the Action icon in the desired widget. Select Settings.

This opens the Widget Settings screen. Click the Filters tab to access the widget filter settings.

To enter your filter criteria, select Add Filter.

The Add Filter button reveals a set of filter options. Setting up a filter requires three steps, as seen below.

  1. Filter Field - select the data field on which to filter

  2. Comparative - select the condition that a data group must satisfy in order to be displayed

  3. Filter Values - select the base value or series of values for the filter
