O3 allows the ability to create and access multiple dashboards to make it easy to monitor and present data metrics. Once a dashboard has been created, it can accessed by an individual user, or it can be shared between other users or across a project.

Accessing Dashboards

To access a dashboard, select the Dashboard drop down on the Dashboard screen.

Select Browse All Dashboards

Accessing My Dashboard

To access a dashboard that you created, select the My Dashboards tab.

Select the desired dashboard to open.

Accessing a Shared Dashboard

To access a dashboard that has been shared with you, select the Shared With Me tab.

Select the desired dashboard to open.

Accessing All Dashboards

To access a dashboard that has been created within O3 and is available system-wide, select the All Dashboards tab.

Select the desired dashboard to open.

Searching for Dashboards

If there is a long list of dashboards, it is easier to search for the desired dashboard rather than scrolling through the list.

To search for a specific dashboard, type the name of the dashboard in the Search Dashboards field.

Viewing Recently Accessed Dashboards

Once you have accessed a dashboard, it will display in the Recently Viewed section of the Dashboard drop down.

To open a recently viewed dashboard, select it from the list.
