O3 allows users to configure a series of dashboards which are visual representations of project data. These are generally in the form of charts or tile widgets and are designed to make it easy to monitor and share information.

To create a new dashboard, navigate to the Dashboard tab within the project.

Select the Add icon.

Select New Dashboard.

The Dashboard Settings window displays. Give the new dashboard a name in the title field.

To change the scope of the dashboard, select the option from the Dashboard Scope drop down.

  • System - applies to all users within the O3 instance

  • Plant - applies to users designated to a particular plant within O3

  • - applies to users designated to a particular project within O3

To change the header color of the dashboard, select the desired color from the Header Color drop down.

To make this the system default dashboard, or the dashboard that displays upon log in, check the Make This the System Default Dashboard checkbox.

To apply these settings and create the dashboard, select Save.

Now that you have created a dashboard, see the Dashboards help feature to add widgets and customize your dashboard.
