Dashboards can be set to three different scopes. Scopes determine which users can view a dashboard.
System - dashboard is available across all projects
Plant - dashboard is available for all projects in a single plant
Project - dashboard is available for a single project
To change your dashboard scope, select the Dashboard Settings icon.
Select the Dashboard Scope drop down.
To make this dashboard available across all projects, select System.
System Admin users have the option to set this dashboard as the default dashboard system-wide.
To make this dashboard available for all projects in a single plant, select Plant.
Use the Plant drop down to select the appropriate plant.
Plant Admin users have the option to set this plant dashboard as the default dashboard.
To make this dashboard available for a single project only, select Project.
Use the Project drop down to select the appropriate project.
Project Admin users have the option to set this project dashboard as the default dashboard.
