O3 allows users to share Grid Layouts directly with other Users, all users for a specific Project, or all users in a specific Role on a specific Project.

To share a Grid Layout, select the Share Layout option on the Layouts menu.

Sharing with a Project

To share Grid Layouts with all users for a specific Project, or all users in a specific Role on a specific Project, select Project from the Share With drop down.

Select the Project.

Optional: Select a Role to further restrict your sharing to users in a specified Project Role. If this option is left blank, the Layout will be shared with all users on the Project.

Click Add Share.

Once the Share has been added, click the Save button to save your changes.

Sharing with a User

To share grid layouts directly with other users, select User from the Share With drop down.

Select Choose User to launch the user selection screen.

Select one or more users and click Choose Items.

By default, Layouts are shared with an Access Level of 'View Only', but this may be modified to 'Allow Edit' if desired. If 'Allow Edit' is selected, other Users will be able to modify the configuration of your Layout.

Click Save to save your changes.

Removing a Share

To stop sharing a layout, click the X on the right side of the share, then click Save.

Accessing a Shared Layout

To access a layout that has been shared with you, select the Browse All Layouts option on the Layouts menu.

On the Layout browser dialog window, click the Shared with Me tab to view a list of all Layouts that have been shared with you. Click the title of a shared layout to open it.
