Dashboards

Dashboards are the primary reporting platform in O3. Dashboards are made up of Widgets, which are tiles, graphs, and charts that can be dragged and dropped to format the Dashboard and are highly configurable. The Overview Dashboard ranging from a project level to company-wide and everywhere in between using customizable filters. The Project Dashboard provides single-project reporting.

Setting up Tool Time Widgets

To access the Dashboard, select Projects from the main task bar on the left-hand side of the screen. In most cases the dashboard is the page that automatically pops up. If this is not the case, select Dashboard from the menu at the of the screen.

To add a Tool Time widget to the Dashboard, select the Add Widgets button.

Navigate to the Tool Time section. Here, you will see a list of all Tool Time widget options. Click on a widget to add it to your Dashboard view.

The Tool Time data is now displayed in a highly visual format to aid in reporting.
