O3 dashboard widgets now support more complex filter options. Simply include the operators (AND, OR) as a new filter grouping.
Users can easily change the filter from AND to OR, or the other way around, by clicking on the gray operator buttons.
And that's it! Or maybe not.
That One Looks Important...
Users can now mark tasks as Milestones via the menu expansion. This allows users to identify task Milestones from different views. Watch for the bolded test and banners that signify "this one is important!"
Live Dangerously.
Users now have the ability to add multiple (yep, that means more than 1) categories to a risk.
Remember that Risk categories are managed in Project Settings > Lookups > Risk Categories.
Do the Safety Dance!
We pumped-up the Safety Observations area of O3 with several features:
When users add a new observation, O3 will automatically create a unique safety ID. You can report on this field by adding the Name column to your grid view.
Users can export all observation items from Project Information > Safety Observation Items.
Finally, users can view cross-project Safety reporting on overview dashboards
Is that Even Legal?
From Contracts, users can now add a Construction Lead and an Engineering Lead. If you do not see these fields by default, you can Edit Layout to find these handy additions.
These are not JUST fields: these can be automatically set on RFIs when users select the Contract.
A Friendly Reminder.
Get those RFIs through their life cycle as quickly as possible!
Within RFIs, users will now receive pop-up reminders to change the RFI Status after Reviews (Engineering & Company) are submitted and completed. This helps drive a disciplined workflow for approvals and status.
