Make Sure to Get My Good Side
O3 can't help you look any better (maybe in the next release), but we can control the way you see CWP or IWP reports! O3 now provides the ability to remove the option to download the CWP or IWP report as a DOCX file type. To put this in place, a project admin will need to uncheck ALLOW DOCX REPORT GENERATION in Project Settings > General Settings.
After this is completed, users will not be able to uncheck EXPORT AS PDF when producing the report.
I Can Do It Myself!!
Looking for a little more control in your life? Our development team feels your pain. That's why they've added a field SORT ORDER on attachments so you can control how they are listed when viewing them as well as how they will appear when producing the CWP or IWP report. After your attachment is added, open the attachment details to edit this field.
Looking for a Relationship without the Baggage
Wish you could simplify your relationships? Us too. That's why NOW you can create the predecessor/successor relationship without creating a constraint.
If you have ever created an predecessor/successor association in O3, you probably noticed it this also created a constraint on the successor. Now an admin can turn this off by entity type in the Project Settings. You will find a new column NON-BLOCKING PREDECESSORS by navigating to PROJECT SETTINGS > ASSOCIATIONS. If this field is checked, a constraint will no longer be created when the association is made.
You Keep on knocking, but you can't come in.
Just because someone wants to see something doesn't mean they should. A system admin can restrict users from access Safety Observation Items now using Roles.
There is new role SAFETY OBSERVATION ITEMS that must be checked or a user will not be able to view this section. This will default to unchecked, so any existing role that should have access to this section will need to be updated in System Admin.
