New Feature, What's Dis?
Need clarification or have questions about specifications, plans, contracts, drawings, or other documents? O3 now has you covered with RFIs.
RFIs offers visibility into the uncertainties or gaps in information that may be found during a project.
Go to Project Information > RFIs.
Status workflows ensure RFIs follow the correct process and provides a clear picture of how the RFI is progressing for the project team.
Example:
RFIs in the status of Open can only be transitioned to Submitted for Review.
Once in status Submitted for Review, the RFI can transition to Forwarded to Engineering or Closed.
Special permissions to RFIs guarantee responses are coming from the correct member of the project team at the right time.
Users with the permission Engineering Review are the only users allowed to submit a response in the Engineering Response text box. This response can only be added when the RFI is in the status of Forwarded to Engineering.
Quickly Attach/Associate supporting information like documents, drawings and other attachments to the RFI.
Using our RFI Report Template, hard copies of the RFIs can be printed and delivered to the field.
Lastly, never lose sight of your RFI Log by adding RFI Widgets to your team's dashboard.
We Should Go Our Separate Ways.
Associations can now be deleted from the Associations grid with the quick click of a button or via an Associations import.
To delete from the grid, select the Association you want to remove then click Delete
To delete using the Association import tool, set Delete Column to TRUE when importing.
Sorry, I Didn't Recognize You Without That Filter.
If it is a Critical Path item, it's probably important. Users now have the option to filter entire dashboards by Critical Path, using dashboard level filtering.
If You Didn't Put It On a Widget, Did It Really Happen?
The new Planned vs Actual IWP by Period widget clearly displays what was planned vs what was completed by day, week, month, or year.
"Alright, Who Did It?"
Users can now capture Company and Unit in the header Safety Observations.
