We're Not Gonna Download!

You can take that download, and email it! You can now email the IWP detailed report to your email address instead of downloading a copy. Change the delivery method to Email to Me and it will be sent to the email in your profile.

Don't Forget Your Seat Belt!

And don't email your password with your username! To make access to O3 more secure, a new user's password will now be sent in a second email. A new user will still receive the standard Welcome Email from O3 containing the username and a link to O3. However, now a second email containing the temporary password will be sent.

If You Have to Ask, You Can't Afford It.

That may work for the Olive Garden, but not at O3. That is why RFIs can now capture the schedule impact and cost impact caused. Once the RFI has entered the status "Submitted for Review", the section "Construction Review" will be available. This is where the new fields are found.

Try Clicking Again.

Thought something would happen when you click the widgets on the overview dashboard? Now it does. You can now drill down into project data from the overview dashboard using widgets that are set to a specific project. Make sure a project is selected in the settings and start drilling!

Nothing Average About O3.

Well, except for the new option on dashboard widgets, and other Project Managers besides me. Now you can filter your dashboards widgets to report on average forecast hours. Set the Value on your widget to Forecast Hours (avg) in the settings.

Nothing ELSE is Average About O3.

Now this is getting embarrassing because you can also view the hour chart widgets by average hours now! Change the Value in settings from Hours (Sum) to Hours (Average).

"True freedom is impossible without a mind made free by discipline (descriptions)"

Free your mind with O3. Discipline Description is now available as a filter on dashboard widgets. When creating a filter, select "Discipline Description". The values will be in the format [discipline code] - [discipline description].
