Project Settings: Safety Observations Types

Project Admins can configure which Safety Observation Types their users can choose from when creating Safety Observations. These will appear at the bottom of the form after expanding the Category List.

To create a new Safety Observation Type, click on the + icon in the upper-right corner above the grid view.

This will bring up the Safety Observation Type Details form.

You will fill out the following fields in this form:

Once you have entered this info, click Save.

You will now be able to select this Safety Observation Type the next time you create a Safety Observation.
