Drilling down into Widgets

Drilling down into a widget means you can view its source data.

To drill down into a widget, click on its data.

This will look a bit different depending on what type of widget you're drilling into. For Query Tiles (as shown above), you'll just click on the number.

For most graphs, like pie charts and bar charts, you can click on the type of data you want to see.

In the example above, I wanted to see only Owner constraints, so I clicked on that segment of the pie chart.


Widget Filters & Grid Layouts

When you drill down, widget filters are applied to the grid you're viewing.

You can remove the filters by clicking on the X. Your grid will revert to its original layout.

You can also save your grid layouts using widget filters by going to Layouts > Save or Save As.
