Make Sure You're Running the Latest Version of O3!

If you don't see version number 23.12, please clear your browser's cache and refresh O3.

Permissions Set to Export

We've added two new permissions to the roles matrix:

  • Export Basic - allows you to export basic information, like work package header info

  • Export Detailed - lets you export more detailed info, like work package actions, components or materials lists, etc.

Admins now have control over who can export what data from O3.

Welcome to the Family

Design Work Packages (DWPs) can now be added as children to Vendor Work Packages (VWPs) via the Scope Packages tab.

New Openings

O3 now supports the Opened by User field for RFIs. This lets you know who opened the RFI and can be edited via the RFI's form.

This is not the person who created it in O3. That remains the Created by User field, which is not editable through O3's UI.

You can also use the above fields as groupings in your dashboard reporting.

Your Primary Preference

We've made the Preferred Plot Plan field available to CWAs and CWPs. This field can be added to their respective Details forms or grids.

You can also designate a Plot Plan as your Primary Plot Plan via the Configuration View.

More Than a Label

The Labels field has now been added to their respective Entity's Data Requirements list. This field can also be updated via import.

Revise Your Actions

Auto created constraints and approvals can now be filtered by the Revision and Revision Date fields.

Count Your Drawings

We've made Drawing Count an auto calculated field on its respective Entities.

Stacked Work Packages

For those rare occurrences where one IWP is being executed on top of another, we've added the Stacked Packages Display Mode to models.

Make sure you've switched to 4D View and chosen the Stacked Packages Display Mode.

This assigns a semi-random color to work packages in the viewer and sequence, making it easier to differentiate each one.

For example, this feature can be helpful in identifying issues due to trade stacking.
