Make sure you're running the latest version of O3!

If you don't see version number 22.23, please clear your browser's cache and refresh O3.

The Breakdown

WBS is now a supported field for RFIs.

Exclusive Members of a User Group

System Admins can view User Groups and their members with the User Group Members grid.

Grouping by User Group conveniently shows you which users fall into which group.

You can access the User Group Members grid by going to (1) System Admin > (2) User Admin > (3) User Group Members.

Ready for Review

The Ready for Review Date and Planned Ready for Review Date fields are now supported for Scaffolding Work Packages.

Attached to Constraints

You can now upload attachments directly to constraints.

Just click on the paperclip icon at the top.

Project Roles Made Easy

You can now update a user's roles and Project Teams via import.

Each role or Project Team will need its own separate line. See below for an example of an import file.

You can still only import users, along with their roles and Project Teams, via (1) Project Settings > (2) Users and then clicking on the (3) Import icon.

Component Colors on the Fly

O3 now lets you color model components on the fly, making model reviews easy.

You can clear temporary colors by clicking on Clear beneath the color palette.

Hang on to Your CWPs

O3's Model Settings now includes the following checks:

  • Allow components to be added to multiple CWAs

  • Allow components to be added to multiple CWPs

You can choose to

  • Allow - allow the action to take place with no warning

  • Warn - allow the action to take place but with a warning

  • Prevent - prevent the action from taking place

You can configure these settings in (1) Project Settings > (2) Models.
