What's a Vendor Work Package?

Vendor Work Packages (or VWPs) are scope packages of Engineering Work Packages used to track all vendor-supplied documentation for a specific Discipline.

Classic Navigation

(1) Expand the left-side menu and click on (2) Work Packaging > (3) Vendor (VWPs).

Either of the above methods will bring you to the VWPs grid.

Creating Vendor Work Packages

Click on the + above the grid.

Then fill out the creation form.

Fields that are highlighted in red are required.

Assigning the VWP an Engineering Work Package will make it a scope package. This means all the progress of the VWP will roll up to the parent EWP.
