Users have 3 different options for support when using O3:

  • Our Help Center

  • O3's live in-app chat

  • Send us an email

Help Center

Each month O3 publishes new support articles and release notes containing our newest features.

To access our support article library, click on the ? icon in the top-right corner of O3.

This will bring you to our table of contents. You can either find articles by topic in the list below, or searching by keyword.

We're always looking for feedback on our support content. If there's something we can improve or don't cover yet, reach out to our support team and let us know!

Live In-App Chat

You can access our live chat from anywhere in O3.

Click on the button in the bottom-right corner to view previous conversations or start a new one.

This is also where we will respond to any inquiries you send in.

Whenever reaching out to us, please be prepared to describe your problem in as much detail as possible and provide any screenshots or error messages that show the issue. This will ensure we can provide effective support!
