We are shaking off the Issues!
Starting with this release, you will see the previously named Issues section renamed as Tasks. The users have spoken and feel that this is better wording for this section. We are working on the transition as we speak. Same great functionality, new name.
New one-stop shop for all of your tasking needs!
We added an Actions menu to consolidate all of your To Dos in one area. Need to work your Constraints? We’ve got you covered. Want to access your Task Log? No problem. Just head to the new Action menu and get it done!
Dive deeper into your planning process!
O3 now includes the ability to add Subtasks to Tasks and Constraints. Subtasks have the same functionality as a parent Task, and you can easily link back to the parent Task while working in a Subtask. This update allows you to get more granular when working with your Tasks and Constraints.
Set up users in O3 with ease!
O3 now includes the ability to import a list of users so that administrators can add multiple users at one time instead of one by one. This includes being able to assign users their roles and permissions at the time of creation. What are you going to do with all of that time that you saved, admins?
Associate entities with a simple import!
We added the ability to import associations into O3 to link entities automatically. When you perform an import, you can now associate a predecessor and/or a successor relationship to your entities. Say what? Let me break it down for you. If you have an entity, say, an IWP, and you need it to be linked to a parent or child Work Package, you can now do that while importing the IWP itself.
New training management options!
The Training Statistics widget can now be filtered down by Plant and we have added the value option of ‘Unique Attendee Count’ to the training widgets.
Enhanced Dashboard customization!
You can now select 'Custom Duration' as value on query tiles, bar charts, and pie charts.
Longer external link fields!
The external link field character count has been increased to 1000 characters.
