"Stop! Collaborate and Listen..."
With so many team members and so much to do, you need new and easy ways to plan and see what's going on across multiple fronts.
Introducing Team Boards! Team Boards offers visibility into the planning process. There are multiple ways to organize and view tasks. You can easily add new tasks or add existing tasks to the view that helps you work best. You can also sort and filter your view so that you only see what you need.
Go to Teams > Boards and follow the embedded instructions to get started. Add a Board, invite the right teams, then Add Tasks to the board.

Be a Task Ninja
We are taking O3 Task capabilities to black-belt status:
As you may recall, we recently added the ability to create subtasks. Now, you can also add existing tasks as subtasks if you want to group some together to clean up your task list.
Once subtasks are added, they will display in the parent task card.
The subtask header includes a hyperlink to the parent task details. Also, the Assigned To User grid selector has been replaced with a more convenient drop-down selector. Or, you can be super stealthy and click the person icon to auto-assign the Task to yourself!
If you have a series of similar tasks to create, you can swiftly clone tasks!
You can decide which items from the task cloned will carry over. Just rename and you are good to go.
Ever create a task and then forgot where it went? Use this handy Created By Me Filter under My Actions.
Finally, we removed the Status footer buttons and implemented a status drop-down on the Task details.
This Hammer Needs a Better Handle
Recording Tool Time just got easier with these user-requested enhancements.
From the web interface (server side), you can now clone a Tool Time Reading.
We also extended the Tool Time Observations fields to include Unit, Area, Work Center, and Date Observed. You can also click 'Save and New' when completing a new Observation to quickly record another one.
I Never Liked Scavenger Hunts
With so much functionality for IWPs, it can be a challenge to find or organize detailed data. Here are a few improvements to make it easier to find what you want:
Added the IWP Construction Equipment Curve widget to the dashboard library. This widget shows resource requirements over time (similar to the IWP Manpower Curve).
You can now group or filter Constraints by Constraint Type on the IWP Detail Report. In your Microsoft Word template, title your table "constraints: Constraint Type" (substitute the name of your Constraint Type), and the table will be filtered to that Constraint Type when the report is generated.
Or, you can title the table "constraints-by-type", and O3 will magically group all constraints into separate grids by Constraint Type.
Other Treats in this Release
You can easily access Material Requirements across all IWPs by navigating to Project Information > IWP Material Requirements
Revised auto created Constraints and Approvals user interfaces to be more usable and searchable on the Constraint Type, Approval Type, and Entity Status detail forms
Ability to Add Dashboard from the menu screen by clicking on the plus sign
Added an API endpoint for IWP status history
Made changes to login screen to better support password reset
