So much space! So many activities!

Users now have way more room for activities thanks to the tasks detail flyout. Go to Team Boards > List View and click on any of your tasks to try it out.

Just the way you like it

Customize your Team Boards grid view just the way you like it using the layout menu. From the layout menu icon, users can format their grid, save and explore layouts, and schedule routine exports.

Thinking out-of-the-box

We've expanded our Dashboard Templates library, adding the following templates:

  • Training (see screenshot below)

  • Mechanical Equipment & Requisitions

  • CWP Release Status & Blocking Items

  • EWP Status & Blocking Items

  • PWP Status & Blocking Items

Unrestrained Constraints!

Constrained by not being able to configure your forms? Well, not any more! Users can now customize their Constraint Detail Forms, choosing what fields to add and where to position them.

You're going to need a bigger float

Float calculations have been added to all Actions (such as Tasks and Constraints). Simply click on the column chooser and add it to your grid view.

To intervene or not to intervene: that is the checkbox

We have added the ability to record Interventions on Safety Observations on both our mobile and web-based applications. These are located to the right of each Safety Observation Item at the bottom of the form.

What do I look like? A history major?

If you wanted to memorize a bunch of different dates, you'd be sitting in a history class right now. We've included rollover information for the different date types encountered throughout O3. Simply move your cursor over the Information icon to see that date type's definition.

It's okay, I planned that

We have made it possible to choose the Planner User for an IWP via a drop-down list, rather than adding them through a pop-up grid. You can also click the "person" icon to select yourself. So convenient!

No longer seeing double

Does seeing a bunch of subtasks on a board not spark joy? Good news: subtasks no longer require boards! They can still be accessed in the Task Details of their parent task.

(Training) Permissions, please!

We tidied up the Training Permissions section of the User Details Form. In addition, we've separated the permissions for creating and deleting manual Training Log entries. Both of these permissions were initially grouped together under the Create Training Log Entries permission, but that seemed a bit crowded.
