Watch Your Entities
We've extended our in-app notifications to Entities! O3 will notify you of the following events for watched Entities:
Attachment uploaded - a link to the attachment will be included in the notification's details.
Entity updated - a link to the Entity will be included in the notification's details.
Entity comment - notification details will show comment and if you were mentioned.
Show Your Cards
You can view subtasks from the Card View in Team Boards by clicking on the subtasks icon.
Auto Created Execution Tasks
You can tie Auto Created Execution Tasks to multiple Object Types.
You can also use Component Filter Rules when creating Execution Tasks from components and specifying Auto Created Execution Tasks.
The name of the filter set.
The filter criteria for the component.
If an
Available Purposeis specified, Execution Tasks can be created from components if the work package has one of these Purposes.If a component is added to a work package that satisfies the filter criteria and has one of the
Auto-Create Purposes, an Execution Task will be auto created.
Looking Backwards & Forwards
You can filter dates by >= X Days in the Past or <= X Days in the Future.
You can access these filters by clicking on Edit Filters.
Then choosing a date field. In the second dropdown, choose one of the two options mentioned above.
Subscribe Now!
O3 supports a subscription for watched items via email as well.
The Task Assigned to Me Updated and Task Assigned to Role Updated subscriptions include comments made on actions.
