Team Boards are a way to view all of your tasks in one place. This makes it easy to see the planning process from start to finish. Boards are made up of tasks, and you multiple options of how you want your tasks layed out for you. You can also add multiple boards within O3.
Adding a New Board
To add a new board, select the Add button.
Then select, Add Board.
Team Board Settings
To add a new board, you must do some preliminary set up by entering the following information:
Title - the name of the board itself
Owner - the user responsible for maintaining the board
Description - additional information about the purpose of the board (optional)
Public - checking this box makes this board accessible to all users
Project Team - selecting from this drop down restricts this board to only the users within the selected project team
Restrict Updates to Owners and Task Assignees - restricts updating tasks to admins and task owners, assigners, and assignees; all users cans till view comments
To create the board, select Save.
