Team Boards are made up of individual or team tasks. You can add new tasks within the board, or you can add tasks that already exist within O3.
Adding a New Task
There are multiple ways to add a new task to a Team Board. In all views, you can add a new task by selecting the Add Task button or by using the Add button in the menu bar. In the Card View, you have the option to use the "quick add" feature.
Add Task Button
To add a new task, select the Add Task button at the top of the screen.
Enter the relevant information and select Save.
Add Button
To add a new task, select the Add button.
Then select, Add New Task.
Enter the relevant information and select Save.
Quick Add in List View
To add a new task, click in the Add section at the bottom of the tasks list and type the task name.
Click Enter on your keyboard to create a task on the list. To enter additional information, select the task.
Enter the relevant information and select Save.
Quick Add in Card View
To add a new task, click in the Add section at the top of any column and type the task name.
Click Enter on your keyboard to create a task card. To enter additional information, select the task card.

Enter the relevant information and select Save.
Adding an Existing Task
To add an existing task, select the Add button.
Then select, Add Existing Task.
Select the task(s) to add to the board.
To add/edit information about the task, select the task to open the details screen.
Add/edit the relevant information and select Save.
