Team Boards offers visibility into the planning process. There are multiple different ways to organize and view tasks. You can easily add new tasks or add existing tasks to the view that helps you work best. You can also sort and filter your view so that you only see what you need.

Grid View
The grid view shows tasks within a grid with rows and columns. These columns can be adjusted to display different data.
The task fields that are visible in this view are completely customizable by using the Column Chooser. For more information on how to customize the grid view, click here.
To see additional information about the task, click within the task line to open the Task Details screen.
Action Menu
There are additional actions that you can take within the grid view.
To make a selection, select the Action Menu icon.
The additional actions are:
Edit - open the Task Details screen of the selected task to edit information
Unlock Grid - unlock the grid to make edits within the fields
Delete - delete the selected task
Export to Excel - export the grid in the current format to Excel
E-mail to Me - email the grid in the current format to the email associated with your username
Select the desired option.
