Training Admins have to capture everyone's training requirements and track progress against learning paths.

The new grid located at Training > Admin > Learning Path Requirements allows Admins to see who has completed which courses based on their required learning.

Admins can view users' status for each course as Not Enrolled (Blank), Enrolled, or Completed.

O3 now offers the ability to view early-bird and night-owl training offerings (that are outside of typical business hours) from the Calendar View.

Click Show All Hours to view the full schedule beyond 7 am to 6 pm. Ugh, gonna need some coffee for that 4 am session.
