Make Sure You're Running the Latest Version of O3

If you don't see version number 23.7, please clear your browser's cache and refresh O3.

Sorry For the Delay

Just kidding, we were right on time with O3's new IWP Delay History Line Chart. This widget functions just like the IWP Delay History Bar Chart, except it's a line graph.

We've also made the Actual Start Date and Actual Finish Date fields available to Delay forms.

You're on a Project Basis

Whenever a user is removed from a project, they are also removed from all of that project's scheduled exports.

Show Me the Rows

When importing data, you can choose to download rows from your import file that had errors.

Click on the action menu icon > Download Rows with Errors.

More Power to Admins

Project and plant admins can now view and delete all scheduled exports within their plant.

Go to Tools > Scheduled Exports. To delete a scheduled export, highlight it in the grid and click on the Delete icon.

Bulking Season

O3 has enabled bulk editing for the following grids:

  • Drawings

  • Development Steps

In addition, users can now go to Tools > My Watched Items and bulk select and delete their watched items.

Guilty by Association

Admins can now limit which types of Associations can be made between different Entities.

Go to Project Settings > Associations.

Then enable each toggle to active the desired Relationship Type.

Get Focused on Your Relationships

We've added the Focus option to the CWP Gantt tab.

Selecting an Entity in the grid and then choosing Focus will isolate that Entity from the rest. If there are any relationships between that Entity and other work packages, it'll include those in the focused view as well.

You can click Focus again to return to the original view.

Users can also toggle Show Relationships to see predecessor and successor work packages, just like in Tools > Gantt View.
