Project Admins have the ability to add users and assign them roles & teams for the project.
Once a user is created, Project Admins can:
Assign them as a Project Admin (for the project displayed)
Assign the user to 1 or more Roles
Assign the user to 1 or more Teams
Note: System Admins have full access to user management and can do the following:
Change user profile information and reset passwords
Maintain and create Roles
