What is Project Admin?

The Project Admin section of O3 is the control center for individual project-related data. It is where you will set up all users needing access to the project and manage project-level settings.

Who do we recommend as a Project Admin?

Users AWESOME enough to be Project Admins have control over the data requirements and data entry experience for users. Ideally, this is a certified O3 super user that understands the nuances and needs of the project data. IT Leads and Project Control Managers are common choices for Project Admins.

Where are Project Admins created?

System Admins can create Project Admins within System Admin > Users > User Details > Projects. After a user is created, add a Project to the user and check the box called "Project Admin." This opens up the menu item called Project Settings for that user.

Where can I find the Project Admin settings?

Make sure the Project selected is the correct one to manage (if you have access to more than 1 project). Cruise over to the menu item called Project Settings.
