The System Admin section of O3 is the control center for global project and plant data. It is where you will set up user Roles, manage user profiles, and manage API settings.

Users AWESOME enough to be System Admins have control over the data requirements and data entry experience for users across all projects and locations. Ideally, this is a certified O3 super user that understands the nuances and needs project-level data and what global standards will best serve the organization. IT and Corporate Leads are common choices for System Admins.

System Admins can create other System Admins within System Admin > Users > User Details.

Look for the icon on the main menu called System Admin.
