O3 offers multiple different ways to track your team's training - this article will cover each one in detail below!

Note: this article assumes you have training admin access. Reach out to your site's system admin to get this set up.

Click on the graduation cap > Training Log in the left-side menu.

The Training Log shows what training your team has completed so far.

If you're using O3 to track your team's training, then the Training Log will automatically update whenever you mark a user as Completed for a course.

If you're scheduling training sessions and capturing attendance outside of O3, you can upload Training Log entries by clicking on the import button.

Required fields for this import include Course Type, User, and Date Completed.

The Training Log is great for seeing who's completed what training, but what if you want to see who hasn't completed training as well?

This is where the Enrollment grid comes in handy. To get there, click on Enrollment in the left-side menu.

The Enrollment Status field shows you if the user attended the course. This updates automatically when you mark a user as Completed or Did Not Complete for a course listing.

To make things easier, we could drag the User field above the grid and group by that column.

Now you can see the Enrollment Status for each team member across all courses they're registered for.

With the User Certifications grid, you can track your team's certifications.

Click on Certifications in the left-side menu.

Here you can see what certifications your team has earned. The Expiration Date field shows when your team needs to get recertified.

User certifications can only be created via import. To do this, go to Imports > the + sign and choose User Certifications as your import type. Then upload your file.
