Creating a Course Listing

Click on the graduation cap > Admin > Course List in the left-side menu.

This grid shows you information on courses that have been scheduled.

To create a new course listing, click on the + sign in the top-right.

  1. The Course Title field refers to the name of the course. Note: you need to confirm this exists before creating the course listing. Click here to learn more.

  2. Select a Plant. Only users with the selected Plant can search for and enroll themselves in this course.

  3. The Capacity field determines how many team members can attend. Once the course is filled, users won't be able to sign up.

  4. You can close off enrollment at a set time using the Enrollment Lock field. For example, entering 24 would mean that all enrollment will close 24 hours before the course is set to start.

Once you're done creating your listing, click Save.

From the Course Calendar

You can also create course listings from the Course Calendar by double-clicking on the day and time the course will take place.

Enrolling Users

Note: this section is for training admins in charge of registering users for training. If your team members are responsible for signing up for their own training, check out this article.

Double-click on a listing in the grid to open it.

Click on Add Users at the bottom to enroll them in the course.

Depending on your level of permissions, you can add existing users, or create a brand new user and enroll them in the course.

Once the user is enrolled, they'll show up in the list below.

Marking Attendance

After creating a course listing and enrolling your team, you can capture their attendance.

Under the Enrolled Users list, you can mark each user as Completed or Did Not Complete for the course.

This will automatically update the Training Log, Enrollment, and Learning Path Requirements grids accordingly.
