Data Deliverables can be used to manage recurring imports in O3.

Each Data Deliverable corresponds to a single Data Source, which you'll need to set up before creating a Data Deliverable.

You can click <a href="http://help.o3solution.com/en/articles/5955364-creating-data-sources" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a> to learn how to create a Data Source.

To create a Data Deliverable, go to Project Information &gt; Data Deliverables.

Then click on the + sign at the top.

We recommend filling out the entire form. See below for field descriptions.

<code>Name</code> - the name of the Data Deliverable

<code>Description</code> - a brief description of what data is being uploaded

<code>Data Source</code> - a system external to O3; this is where the data is coming from

<code>Import Type</code> - the type of data being updated

<code>Input Method</code> - whether this data will be uploaded manually or via an integration (automatic)

<code>Target Frequency</code> - how often the data will be uploaded

- <code>Name</code> - the name of the Data Deliverable
- <code>Description</code> - a brief description of what data is being uploaded
- <code>Data Source</code> - a system external to O3; this is where the data is coming from
- <code>Import Type</code> - the type of data being updated
- <code>Input Method</code> - whether this data will be uploaded manually or via an integration (automatic)
- <code>Target Frequency</code> - how often the data will be uploaded

The Data Deliverables Details form includes some fields not found on the creation form.

<code>Responsible Company</code> - company responsible for the Data Deliverable

<code>Responsible Party (Source Data)</code> - party responsible for providing the <code>Responsible Party (O3 Input)</code> with the data; the data will come from the external system

<code>Responsible Party (O3 Input)</code> - party responsible for getting the data into O3

<code>Last Input Date</code> - the date the data was last uploaded; this field is system-generated

<code>Next Input Date</code> - when the next upload needs to be made; this field is based on <code>Target Frequency</code> + <code>Last Input Date</code>

- <code>Responsible Company</code> - company responsible for the Data Deliverable
- <code>Responsible Party (Source Data)</code> - party responsible for providing the <code>Responsible Party (O3 Input)</code> with the data; the data will come from the external system
- <code>Responsible Party (O3 Input)</code> - party responsible for getting the data into O3
- <code>Last Input Date</code> - the date the data was last uploaded; this field is system-generated
- <code>Next Input Date</code> - when the next upload needs to be made; this field is based on <code>Target Frequency</code> + <code>Last Input Date</code>
