Note: adding Data Deliverable statuses requires project admin access.
Status Definitions
Data Deliverables come with out-of-the-box definitions available. See below for each status and its definition.
Identified - you know what data you want to manage via Data Deliverables
In Development - your team is in the process of mapping the external data to O3
Ready for Review - the field mappings and data are being reviewed
In Progress - the data is actively being imported
Closed Out - no more imports are needed
You can also configure your own statuses! Keep reading to learn more.
Changing Statuses
In the Data Deliverables Details page, click on the Status field in the top-right and choose an option from the dropdown.
Adding Statuses
To add a new status, go to Project Settings > Lookups.
And search for Data Deliverable Status.
Click Add to add a new line, then type in the new status. When you're done, click Save.
