Note: you must have project admin access to configure material coordinator emails.

To add material coordinator emails to your project, go to (1) Project Settings > (2) Entity Settings > (3) IWPs.

Under General Settings, look for Material Coordinator Email(s).

Note that you can enter one email per line.

In the left-side menu, click on Work Packaging > Installation (IWPs).

Then choose an IWP in the grid.

In the IWP's Detailed Form, click on the Action Menu icon > Export Materials to Coordinator.

You can learn more about the Action Menu here.

This will send an export of the IWP's Materials grid to any of the emails listed in your project's settings.
