Full Inbox View

O3's Full Inbox view offers more powerful sorting and filtering, and lets you see archived notifications.

Accessing the Full Inbox View

You can access the Full Inbox view by clicking on Full Inbox in the navigation menu.

Or by clicking on the (1) notification bell icon > (2) Full Inbox.

Archived Notifications

Archived messages can only be accessed from the Full Inbox view.

Click on Archived in the top left to see your archived notifications.

Sorting

You can sort your Inbox by when the update was made, when it's due, and by it's Urgency.

Note that Urgency is determined by how far away the item's Due Date is and depends on your project's settings.

Filtering Notifications

Notifications can be filtered by Assignment (Assigned by Me vs. Assigned to me).

You can also filter notifications by their Notification Type.
