More Model Improvements

Noise Filter

When selecting an IWP in the model or creating a new one, the model's visualization will automatically filter to the parent CWP.

Selecting Components Made Easy

When selecting multiple components, you can go to the Package tab > Selected Components to see all the chosen components.

Here you can deselect components you don't want to add then the remaining ones to the IWP.

Help is on the Way

We've added the contextual help (?) button to certain materials grids.

Clicking on this will take you to our Materials Requirements FAQ, which you can use to troubleshoot any materials-related issues you're encountering.

Straight from the Source

.XER files can now be imported directly into O3.

Go to the destination schedule and click on the downward caret > Import P6 Schedule XER.

This will map your activities in P6 to Schedule Activities in O3.

For more detailed mappings, click on the action menu icon > Configure Field Mappings.

This will let you (1) designate what type of Entity's schedule activities you're importing, (2) the selection criteria for choosing its activities, (3) as well as value builder rules for the field mappings.

Get in Line

Line Items can now be tracked against Purchase Orders in O3.

Purchase Order details forms include the Line Items tab.

Line Items can be linked to Documents via the Material Certificate field. If you've uploaded your Documents via BIM360, you can click the icon under View to see the Document in the Model Viewer.

To see Line Items project-wide, go to Project Information > Purchase Orders > Line Items.
