Definition
A Construction Work Area (or CWA) is a portion of your project's Plot Plan that has been defined as a logical area of work. This includes all disciplinary work for said grouping.
These areas act as the building blocks for your work breakdown structure (WBS) and will drive the prioritization of your work.
Your CWAs will eventually be broken down into Discipline-specific Construction Work Packages.
