Monitoring Progress & Score

To monitor the health of a Team Goal, O3 displays a progress bar and numerical score for each goal.

The progress bar is tied to the Action Plan. It is the number of completed tasks in the plan out of the total number of tasks. This is how you can monitor your progress towards completing the Action Plan.

The numerical score is tied to Measurements. It is the average of all measurement scores tied to this goal. The color coding system displays the health of this score.

Monitoring the progress and score of your Team Goals will keep you and your team on track to achieve them.
